About Slope Rider

Slope Rider 3D immerses you in a world of pristine white snow and ice, where every slide could be your last. You control a snowmobile hurtling down a mountainside at ever-increasing speed, with constantly changing terrain and numerous obstacles appearing.

The sharp low-poly landscape features snow-covered pine trees, gray rocks, unmelted ice blocks, and even unexpected snowballs rolling from afar. The deeper you descend the valley, the denser the obstacles become, challenging your reflexes.

This isn't a winter stroll. This is a race for survival on slippery ice.

HOW TO PLAY

Your mission is to steer your snowmobile down the mountain as far as possible. Speed increases progressively with distance, making control more difficult with each meter.

You must dodge trees, boulders, and unmelted ice blocks. A head-on collision will cause your snowmobile to shatter instantly. However, some objects like fences, tree roots, or small branches can break upon impact, creating an escape route in emergency situations.

Additionally, snowballs rolling along their own trajectories create dynamic movement, forcing you to read the situation instead of just reacting instinctively.

Game Controls

  • Left arrow / A: Pull back the puck to adjust angle and force.
  • Right arrow / D: Turn right
  • Space: Lift the front of the vehicle to avoid low obstacles

Lifting the front of the vehicle at the right time allows you to pass low tree stumps or small rocks without sharp steering, maintaining a stable sliding direction.

Tips and Tricks

  • Observe from a distance: Dangerous icy areas often have warning signs. Prepare your path before approaching.
  • Read the direction of the snowball: Move through the small gap between two snowballs, timing it so that the top snowball just rolls through, then immediately cut across.
  • Narrow gaps: With large ice patches, there is often a small gap in between – this is the safest route.
